Why Hugo's?

Having a birthday party at Hugo’s GymFitness is a great choice for parents and an awesome experience for kids.

We offer fun themes and everything needed for an enjoyable time!

We Provide

Lighter, cake Knife & Server, Tablecloth, paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils for kids.

Free class pass for each non-enrolled guest.

Our party coordinator will help you pull off the perfect birthday party. They will assist with: Party ideas for your child’s birthday fun, fun Theme parties for kids & babies, and gym parties for kids 3 & up.

Our staff will take care of all activities, gymnastics, games, serving and packing.

Any cake, drink or food you wish to have for students and extra guests. 

Any goody bags or gifts for guests

GOLD PACKAGE

Members:

  • up to 10 kids: Starting at $400

Non-Members:

  • up to 20 kids: Starting at $1000

The Silver Package will include everything from the Bronze Package plus additional add ons.

  • Custom color dining area set up (cloth table cover, plates, napkins; color: call/email the front desk to choose custom color)

SILVER PACKAGE

Members:

  • up to 10 kids: Starting at $300

  • up to 15 kids: Starting at $450

  • up to 20 kids: Starting at $600

Non-Members:

  • up to 10 kids: Starting at $350

  • up to 15 kids: Starting at $525

  • up to 20 kids: Starting at $700

The Bronze Package will include everything from the Hugo's basic bundle 

  • Hour and a half on the floor obstacle course, games, gymnastics, parkour and FOAM PIT for kids 3 & up

  • Zip line 

  • Choose 1 add on: Rockwall, Trampolines, or Inflatable slide 

  • 30 minutes in the Dining area. Host will set up, serve & clean up for you!   

  • Gift check-in

  • Waiver's need to be filled out when guests arrive 

  • Additional add-ons are available. Some add-ons are automatically included with the Silver and/or Gold packages.

BRONZE PACKAGE

Members:

  • up to 10 kids: Starting at $250

  • up to 15 kids: Starting at $375

  • up to 20 kids: Starting at $500

Non-Members:

FAQ

Can I come in early to drop off food or decorations?

You are allowed to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your party.

Can I pick the party room I want to be in?

No, your host will determine what party you will be in depending on the number of kids from parties the day of. 

Can the kids eat before they play?

No, the kids will be on the floor for the first hour and half and will eat in the party room for the last 30 minutes. 

Will parents be counted as the total amount of participants? 

No, only the kids who will be on the floor with the host will be charged in the total.

How many tables are provided?

2 tables total will be provided. (1) Kids table that fits up to 20, (2) 6 ft long table for desserts, (3) 6 ft long table to for food/drinks.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Yes, if you would like to choose a theme besides the ones we provide you are more than welcome to bring extra decorations. We will still provide table clothes, paper plates, and napkins all for the kids. 

 

Do you provide food or drinks?

No, we do not provide any food or drink. You may bring any food you would like to bring. Alcohol is not permitted.  

Is the deposit refundable?

No, once the deposit is paid it is non refundable. 

Can I add extra time onto our party?

No, our only time allotted is our provided time slots

What is the max number of participants on the floor? 

20

Is my party private? 

Our facility hosts up to 2 parties for every time slot, however the 2 groups will never be combined. Each party will have their own set of staff for the 2 hour duration of the party. 

Is free play included in my party? 

Our parties are based on rotations, including obstacle courses and the add-on's of your choice. Free play is not included in any of our birthday packages.
